Account Manager - We assign a full-time account manager to every client, regardless of it's employee count. Your account manager will help you understand your benefit plan and assist you with the following:
- Claims resolution and billing reconciliation
- Coordinate employee meetings and enrollment
- Health fairs and wellness programs
- Help resolve employee concerns and answer questions
Annual Plan Reviews - Prior to your anniversary date we will review your current plan with you and the current insurance company's underwriter. We will also request proposals from additional carriers and put together an easy to understand comparison of costs and benefits. During this time we also negotiate rates and benefits with the insurance companies on your behalf.
Fully-insured and Self-funded Reports - For groups with 100+ participating employees we meet quarterly to review monthly claims utilization. These reviews help prepare our clients for their renewals. The information in the reports is contingent upon data the insurance company provides us. Reports typically include the following:

Benefit Summaries and Contact Page - The benefit summary consists of a brief and simple outline of insurance benefits for your employees. The purpose of the contact page is to assist your employees with a list of people who can help with their questions and concerns. The list includes your insurance company's customer service phone number, web-site, and Altura Benefits' phone number, account manager's name and e-mail address.
